  • How much should I take? 
    Take one serving (2 capsules) every morning. However, if you have never taken this product before, it is suggested taking 1 capsule for a couple of days to see if that is all you need.
  • How? With food? Liquid? 
    Take this with 8oz of liquid. You do not need to take this product with food. If you experience GI upset, you can take it after your first meal of the day.
  • Cycling? 
    There is only 1 week's worth of product in each bottle. You can stretch it out to 10-11 days if never taken before. You will cycle this product once every 1-2 months.
  • What happens if I skip? 
    DO NOT DOUBLE DOSE! Just continue taking the recommended dose the following day.
